Emma’s Story: The SEN Draw Prize That Created a Magical Christmas

At Chaotic, we believe in giving back to the community that we are so passionate about and have supported us since the start. That’s why we host twice-weekly Special Educational Needs (SEN) draws, offering parents and carers of SEN children the chance to win incredible prizes. Each week, two lucky families could win prizes like £300 in cash, a family holiday, SEN toys, and more! 

We are deeply grateful to be able to give back to those who mean so much to us. These draws are our way of supporting the families who need it most. It’s truly heartwarming to see the difference they make. 

Emma H., a long-time Chaoss player and SEN draw winner, shared her experience with us:

“I was lucky enough to win the SEN draw a while back. I decided to keep the spinning chair [one of the prizes] for a Xmas present for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it. Thank you so much to the Chaotic team. You have well and truly made my daughter’s Christmas the best Christmas so far. You’re the best group, and I personally thank you so much—without you, I couldn’t have made this Christmas so special for my daughter. xxx”
