No, it is against our terms and conditions to have more than one account per player. Any players found to be using multiple accounts will forfeit any entries to competitions and their accounts will be deleted.
To set a spend limit, head to your account section and click 'Play Safe'. Choose the amount you want to spend and over what time period. We advise that all players set a spend limit when they open their account to help manage their spending. Spend limits will account for deposits made from your bank account only, it does not include any wallet funds being used to play. Please note that all weekly limits will automatically reset on a Monday and monthly limits will reset on the 1st of each month.
If you would like your limit to be removed or increased, you must email contact@chaotic.co.uk with your request. We will always allow a 24 cooling-off period before making any changes to your account.
To take a break from purchasing tickets, head over to the 'Play Safe' section of your account. You can choose how long you set a time out for. Please note once this has been set, this cannot be changed by you or admins.
Absolutely! If you no longer want an account with us, head over to your account section and click 'My Account'. You have the option to delete your account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Any tickets or entries into live draws will be lost. If you still have active tickets, consider a time-out on your account instead so that you can still claim any wins. You must withdraw any funds in your wallet to your bank account before requesting a deletion request.
