1. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2. You may enter this competition up to 1 times.

3. A maximum of tickets may be claimed per order.

4. You will be randomly allocated your ticket number(s) when entering and will receive an email confirmation.

5. The total number of tickets available for this competition is 1000.

6. The competition is completely free to enter online. No payment, purchase or postal entry is required. You must have a registered Chaotic account, and the details provided must correspond with the details registered to your account.

7. The draw will take place on Thu Aug 6 13:30:00, regardless of the number of entries received.

8. The competition page forms part of these Rules and sets out the opening and closing dates, entry limits, prizes and competition-specific requirements.

9. There are no instant-win prizes in this competition.

10. The live draw and duck-picking game will take place on the Chaotic Facebook page and Twitch. TrueNorth RNG (Random Number Generator) will be used to select winning tickets from all eligible entries. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the laws of chance.

11. Potential winners must be watching the live broadcast and be available to answer a telephone call to the telephone number registered on their Chaotic account. Chaotic will make one attempt to contact each potential winner during the live broadcast. If the call is not answered, the potential winner will lose the opportunity to participate and the next reserve winner will be contacted.

12. Reserve winners will be selected using the same verifiably random process and contacted in the order in which they were drawn until six eligible players have answered and are available to participate.

13. Before the game begins, one of the six advertised prizes will be assigned to different ducks and concealed from players and participating members of the Chaotic team. The ducks will be placed in the water.

14. Each confirmed winner will choose a member of the Chaotic team. That team member will be blindfolded and will use a hook to select one duck from the water. The prize assigned to the selected duck will be awarded to that winner.

15. After each selection, the selected duck will be removed from the game. Each confirmed winner will receive only one duck and one prize. Once a duck has been selected and its prize revealed, the result is final unless a clear operational error has occurred.

16. If the live game is interrupted by a technical or operational issue, Chaotic may pause and resume the game or use another fair method to complete the prize allocation. Any change will not reduce the number or value of the prizes available.

17. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Chaotic’s reasonable control, Chaotic may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

18. Winners may be required to provide information or documentation confirming their identity, age, eligibility and compliance with these Rules and Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions.

19. Chaotic may void entries or withhold a prize where there is evidence of fraud, multiple accounts, automated entry, manipulation, ineligibility or a breach of these Rules or Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions.

20. By entering, you agree to these Rules, the information shown on the competition page and Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Chaotic’s Privacy Policy.

21. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitch, Apple or Google. By entering, entrants agree that Facebook, Twitch, Apple and Google have no liability and are not responsible for the administration or promotion of this competition.
