1. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2. You may enter this competition up to 5999 times.

3. A maximum of tickets may be claimed per order.

4. You will be randomly allocated your ticket number(s) when entering and will receive an email confirmation.

5. The total number of tickets available for this competition is 999999.

6. The draw will take place on Mon Sep 28 20:30:00, regardless of the number of entries received.

7. Online entry costs are shown on the competition page. A free postal entry route is also available. Postal entries must comply with the instructions on Chaotic’s Free Entry Route page, be sent by first- or second-class post only, and be received before the closing date and time shown on the competition page. Paid and free entries have an equal chance of winning and are processed through the same prize-allocation system.

8. The competition page forms part of these Rules and sets out the opening and closing dates, entry limits, available instant-win prizes, prize quantities, odds, claim and registration deadlines, and any competition-specific requirements.

9. Where odds are stated (e.g. “1 in 5”), these are based on the total number of winning tickets compared with the total number of tickets available for the Competition. The stated odds apply to the Competition as a whole and do not guarantee a win from purchasing any particular number of tickets.

10. The standard instant-win cash prize range is 3p to £100. The available cash amounts and quantities are shown in the prize table on the competition page. 

11. In addition to the standard instant-win cash prizes, 15 tickets are allocated a winning Crab symbol. Each verified participant who receives a winning Crab symbol will be entitled to select one of 15 numbered Crab buckets and will receive the cash prize allocated to the selected bucket.

12. The 15 Crab bucket prizes are:

£1,000, £600, £500, £400, £350, £300, £300, £250, £250, £200, £175, £150, £125, £100 and £100.

Each cash prize will be allocated to one numbered bucket before the first bucket is selected. The allocation will be fixed and recorded and will not be changed after selections begin.

13. Each numbered Crab bucket may be selected only once. Once a bucket has been selected, it will no longer be available to subsequent Crab winners. The cash prize allocated to the selected bucket will be final and cannot be exchanged for another bucket or prize.

14. Participants who receive a winning Crab symbol may take a screenshot and post it in Chaotic’s official Facebook Group. A Chaotic host will respond and invite the participant to select one of the remaining available numbered buckets. Posting publicly on Facebook is not required to claim the prize, and a private selection method will be made available to participants who do not use Facebook or do not wish to post publicly.

15. A Crab winner must select their bucket within the claim or selection period stated on the competition page or otherwise communicated by Chaotic. If the participant does not respond within that period, Chaotic may contact them again and deal with the prize in accordance with its general Terms and Conditions and applicable promotional marketing requirements.

16. Instant-win prizes and winning Crab symbols are allocated at the point of entry through the same fair and random prize-allocation system for both paid and free entries.

17. The number of prizes, winning Crab symbols and Crab buckets remaining may reduce as tickets are allocated and buckets are selected. Current availability will be displayed on the competition page or otherwise made available by Chaotic.

18. In addition to the instant-win prizes and Crab bucket prizes, one winner will be selected in the main draw. The main-draw winner will receive £100 cash.

19. Each eligible ticket will be allocated fairly and randomly. The instant-win result will be displayed after entry and any cash prize or winning Crab symbol will be awarded as explained on the competition page and in these Rules.

20. All instant-win results, winning Crab symbols, bucket selections and prizes are subject to Chaotic accepting and verifying the winning ticket and the participant’s eligibility.

21. Unless otherwise stated on the competition page, all eligible tickets – including tickets that receive a standard instant-win prize or a winning Crab symbol – will be included in the main draw.

22. The live draw will take place on the Chaotic Facebook page and Twitch. TrueNorth RNG (Random Number Generator) will be used to select one winning ticket number from all eligible entries. The winner will receive £100 cash. The prize will be awarded in accordance with the laws of chance.

23. Winners may be required to provide information or documentation confirming their identity, age, eligibility and compliance with these Rules and Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions.

24. Chaotic may void entries or withhold a prize where there is evidence of fraud, multiple accounts, automated entry, manipulation, ineligibility or a breach of these Rules, Chaotic’s Free Entry Route terms or Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions.

25. By entering, you agree to these Rules, the information shown on the competition page and Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Chaotic’s Privacy Policy.

26. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitch, Apple, Google, or any brand, manufacturer, retailer or other third party featured, referenced or associated with the competition or its prizes, unless expressly stated otherwise. By entering, entrants agree that these parties have no liability in connection with the competition and are not responsible for its administration or promotion.
