1. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2. You may enter this competition up to 149 times.
3. A maximum of tickets may be purchased.
4. You will be randomly allocated your ticket number(s) when entering and will receive confirmation of your entry.
5. The total number of tickets available for this competition is 11999.
6. Online entries are available at the ticket price shown on the competition page. No purchase is necessary because a free postal entry route is also available. Postal entries must comply with the instructions on Chaotic’s Free Entry Route page, be sent by ordinary first- or second-class post only, and be received before the closing date and time shown on the competition page. Every compliant postal entry received in time will be processed before the draw. Paid and free postal entries have an equal chance of winning and are processed through the same ticket-allocation and draw system.
7. The draw will take place on Mon Oct 26 20:30:00, regardless of the number of entries received.
8. The competition page forms part of these Rules and sets out the ticket price, opening and closing dates and times, entry limits, total tickets available, the number and nature of the available prizes, confirmation that the prizes are guaranteed to be awarded, free-entry information, the draw mechanism and any competition-specific requirements. The competition page and these Rules should be read together and will remain accessible for the duration of the competition.
9. All valid and eligible ticket numbers, whether obtained through the paid online route or the free postal route, will be entered into the same prize draw without distinction between entry methods.
10.  The live draw will take place on the Chaotic Facebook page and Twitch. TrueNorth RNG (Random Number Generator), which produces verifiably random and auditable results, will be used to select the winning ticket number(s) from all eligible entries. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the laws of chance.
11.  The winner will receive either the Greece family holiday package described below, with a total advertised value of up to £13,000, or the £11,700 cash alternative.

Holiday package. The holiday package comprises a budget of up to £11,000, plus £2,000 spending money. The winner may use the available £11,000 budget for one trip to Greece or divide it between two separate trips to Greece. The £11,000 budget includes the appointed third-party travel provider’s arrangement or fulfilment fees and all travel components booked from that budget. Both trips must comply with these Rules and any applicable booking, travel and availability requirements.

Flexible arrangements. The holiday will be tailored in consultation with the winner and may be arranged for different family or group sizes. A larger group may use the available holiday budget towards suitable travel and accommodation, while a smaller group may use it towards a higher-value itinerary or accommodation. All arrangements remain subject to availability, supplier conditions, suitable occupancy limits and the £11,000 holiday budget.

Destination and booking. The destination must be in Greece. The precise destination, departure airport, transport, accommodation, room arrangements, travel dates and itinerary will be agreed with the appointed travel provider, subject to availability and the applicable supplier terms. No particular resort, hotel, airline, route, departure airport, board basis or standard of accommodation is guaranteed unless confirmed in the final booking.

UK travel arrangements. The holiday package includes reasonable travel arrangements between the winner’s UK location and the confirmed UK departure point, including the return journey following the holiday. The precise arrangements will be agreed with the appointed travel provider and are subject to availability and the overall holiday budget.

Claim and booking deadline. The winner must claim the prize within 30 days and complete the booking process within 12 months of being notified that they have won. The winner must respond promptly and provide all information reasonably requested to arrange the holiday. Failure to complete the booking within that period may result in the holiday prize being forfeited.

Budget and unused balance. The holiday arrangements will be tailored within the available £11,000 holiday budget. If the selected arrangements cost less than that budget, no unused balance will be paid in cash, credited or added to the £2,000 spending money.

Spending money. The £2,000 spending money is separate from the £11,000 holiday budget and will be credited to the verified winner’s Chaotic account wallet seven days before the confirmed travel date. The spending money is intended for use in connection with the holiday; however, the winner is solely responsible for managing those funds once credited. Chaotic will not replace, reimburse or provide any additional funds if the spending money is spent, lost or otherwise unavailable before or during the holiday.

Choice of prize and final confirmation. The verified winner may choose either the holiday package, including the £2,000 spending money, or the single £11,700 cash alternative. The winner cannot receive a combination of holiday arrangements and part of the cash alternative. 

If the winner initially chooses the holiday package, Chaotic or its appointed travel provider will consult with the winner and provide details of the proposed holiday arrangements. The winner must confirm in writing that they accept the proposed arrangements and wish Chaotic or the travel provider to proceed with the booking. Once that written confirmation has been received, the winner’s selection of the holiday package is final, the £11,700 cash alternative will no longer be available, and Chaotic or the travel provider may proceed with the booking. 

Once booked, any changes or cancellations requested by the winner will be subject to the applicable supplier terms and availability, and the winner will be responsible for any resulting charges or additional costs.

Holiday arrangements. The winner must respond within 30 days of being contacted and cooperate reasonably with Chaotic’s appointed travel provider to arrange the holiday. The winner must provide their preferred travel dates, departure location, number of travellers and any other relevant requirements. The travel provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner’s preferences, but no travel arrangements are guaranteed until confirmed in writing. The total holiday budget is fixed at £11,000 and cannot be increased during the booking process.

Travel documents and insurance. The winner and every travelling guest are responsible for holding valid passports, obtaining any necessary visas or other travel authorisations, meeting entry and health requirements, and arranging suitable travel insurance for their individual circumstances. 

Traveller details and changes. The winner must provide accurate traveller names, dates of birth and any other information required by the travel provider within the stated timescale. Once travel is booked, changes, cancellations or transfers are subject to the relevant supplier terms and may incur charges payable by the winner.

Accessibility and special requirements. The winner should tell Chaotic or the travel provider as early as possible about accessibility, mobility, dietary or other special requirements. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate them, but this cannot be guaranteed and remains subject to supplier availability and policies.

Responsibility for travellers. The winner is responsible for obtaining permission to provide each guest’s personal information and, where a guest is under 18, any consent required from a parent or legal guardian. The winner and guests must comply with the terms of airlines, accommodation providers and other suppliers used to fulfil the holiday.

Excluded costs. Unless expressly confirmed in the final booking, the prize does not include airport parking, extra baggage charges, meals, excursions, resort or local taxes, passport or visa costs, insurance, personal purchases, gratuities or any other incidental expenditure. Such costs are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

Third-party fulfilment. The holiday will be arranged through Chaotic’s appointed third-party travel provider. Chaotic may share the winner’s and guests’ personal information with that provider and relevant travel suppliers only as necessary to arrange and fulfil the prize, in accordance with Chaotic’s Privacy Policy.

Events outside reasonable control. Chaotic is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, closures, adverse weather, travel disruption, government restrictions or other events outside its reasonable control. Where an included element becomes unavailable for such reasons, Chaotic may arrange a reasonable substitute of equal or greater value, subject to the general substitution provision below.

12.  Winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number registered to their Chaotic account, normally within 7 days of the draw.

13.  Winners may be required to provide information or documentation confirming their identity, age, eligibility, bank or payment details and compliance with these Rules and Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions before a prize is paid or delivered.

14.  Information about prize winners may be published or made available in accordance with Chaotic’s General Terms and Conditions, including the entrant’s right to object to or limit publication.

15. Subject to completion of any required eligibility and verification checks, the £11,700 cash alternative will be paid within 30 days of the winner being confirmed. Where the winner chooses the holiday package, the holiday must be booked within 12 months of the date on which the win is confirmed and will be subject to the travel conditions set out above.

16. If a winner does not respond within 30 days of being contacted, fails to provide any reasonably requested verification within the stated timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.

17.  Chaotic may void entries or withhold a prize where there is evidence of fraud, multiple accounts, automated entry, manipulation, ineligibility or a breach of these Rules or Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions.

18. By entering, you agree to these Rules, the information shown on the competition page and Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Chaotic’s Privacy Policy.

19.  This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitch, Apple, Google, or any brand, manufacturer, retailer or other third party featured, referenced or associated with the competition or its prize, unless expressly stated otherwise. By entering, entrants agree that these parties have no liability in connection with the competition and are not responsible for its administration or promotion.
