3. A maximum of tickets may be claimed per order.
4. You will be randomly allocated your ticket number(s) when entering. Online entrants will receive an email confirmation.
5. The total number of tickets available for this competition is 2000.
6. Where odds are stated, these are based on the total number of winning tickets compared with the total number of tickets available for the Competition. The stated odds apply to the Competition as a whole and do not guarantee a win from purchasing a particular number of tickets.
7. The competition page forms part of these Rules and sets out the ticket price, opening and closing dates and times, entry limits, total tickets available, the number and nature of the available prizes, confirmation that the prizes are guaranteed to be awarded, free-entry information, the draw mechanism and any competition-specific requirements. The competition page and these Rules should be read together and will remain accessible for the duration of the competition.
8. Instant-win prizes are assigned to specific ticket numbers before the competition opens using a Random Number Generator (RNG). If your allocated ticket number matches an instant-winning ticket number, you win the prize assigned to that ticket, subject to the eligibility and verification requirements in these Rules.
9. Instant-win prizes are separate from the main-draw prize(s) and are awarded according to the prize structure on the competition page.
10. The live draw will take place on the Chaotic Facebook page and Twitch. TrueNorth RNG (Random Number Generator), which produces verifiably random and auditable results, will be used to select the winning ticket number(s) from all eligible entries. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the laws of chance.
11. Winners may be required to provide information or documentation confirming their identity, age, eligibility, bank or payment details and compliance with these Rules and Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions before a prize is paid or delivered.
12. Information about prize winners may be published or made available in accordance with Chaotic’s General Terms and Conditions, including the entrant’s right to object to or limit publication.
13. Subject to completion of any required eligibility and verification checks, prizes will be paid or delivered within 30 days of the winner being confirmed. If there is any delay in paying or delivering a prize, the revised delivery timescale will be communicated directly to the winner.
14. If a winner does not respond within 30 days of being contacted, fails to provide reasonably requested verification within the stated timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, Chaotic may withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner using the same fair and random process.
15. Chaotic may void entries or withhold a prize where there is evidence of fraud, multiple accounts, automated entry, manipulation, ineligibility or a breach of these Rules or Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions.
16. By entering, you agree to these Rules, the information shown on the competition page and Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Chaotic’s Privacy Policy.
17. Your ticket number(s) will be shown as soon as your order is confirmed and will be available under 'My Account' and in your email confirmation.
Our live draws take place on Chaotic's Facebook page and Twitch, where you can watch the winning ticket numbers being selected.
We use TrueNorth's Random Number Generator (RNG) to randomly select winning ticket numbers from all eligible entries. The RNG produces random and auditable results, helping to ensure a fair and transparent selection process.
If your ticket number is selected, you'll win the corresponding prize, subject to the competition rules and any applicable winner verification requirements.
The live draw for this competition will take place on our Chaotic Facebook page. Once your order is confirmed, your ticket number(s) will be randomly assigned, and you will receive them via email. This competition has a maximum of 2,000 entries, and the draw will occur on DRAW ON Mon Oct 26th 8:30pm, regardless of the number of tickets sold.
Before entering, either online or by post, make sure you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions. Entries that do not comply with these terms will not be accepted. When you enter, your ticket numbers are automatically and randomly allocated using Chaotic's Instant Win Random Number Generator (RNG). If one of your ticket numbers matches a predetermined winning number, you win the corresponding prize, subject to the competition rules and any applicable verification requirements.
Our Instant Win RNG has been independently tested and certified by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), an internationally recognised testing laboratory that also evaluates gaming technology used in regulated markets.
This independent testing provides additional assurance that our ticket allocation system uses verified randomisation technology, helping us maintain a fair and transparent competition experience.
A Random Number Generator, or RNG, is software that generates random numbers used to determine outcomes. It helps ensure those outcomes are based on chance rather than being chosen by a person. Click here to read more.
