4.You will be randomly allocated your ticket number(s) when entering and will receive an email confirmation.

5.The total number of tickets available for this competition is 600000.

6.The draw will take place on Sat Oct 17 20:30:00, regardless of the number of entries received.

7.Online entry costs are shown on the competition page. A free postal entry route is also available. Postal entries must comply with the instructions on Chaotic’s Free Entry Route page, be sent by first- or second-class post only, and be received before the closing date and time shown on the competition page. Paid and free entries have an equal chance of winning and are processed through the same prize-allocation system.

8.The competition page forms part of these Rules and sets out the opening and closing dates, entry limits, available instant-win prizes, prize quantities, odds, claim deadlines and any competition-specific requirements.

9.The instant-win allocation includes cash prizes ranging from 22p to £500 and 10 used vehicle prizes. The available cash-prize amounts, prize quantities and odds are shown on the competition page. The 10 vehicle prizes and their cash alternatives are:
   (a) BMW 1 Series – cash alternative £6,650;

   (b) Vauxhall Insignia – cash alternative £5000;

   (c) Dacia Sandero – cash alternative £3,490;

   (d) Vauxhall Astra – cash alternative £3,450;

   (e) Vauxhall Zafira – cash alternative £3,295;

   (f) Peugeot 3008 – cash alternative £3000;

   (g) Ford Focus – cash alternative £3,000;

   (h) Citreon DS3 – cash alternative £2,695;

10.   Where odds are stated (e.g. “1 in 5”), these are based on the total number of winning tickets compared with the total number of tickets available for the Competition. The stated odds apply to the Competition as a whole and do not guarantee a win from purchasing any particular number of tickets.

11.   Where a ticket is allocated one of the vehicle prizes, the winner may choose either the applicable used vehicle prize or the cash alternative stated in clause 9.

12.   The vehicles featured in this competition are used vehicles advertised through Cazoo. Cazoo operates as an online vehicle marketplace and does not itself own or sell the vehicles listed on its website. The relevant vehicle will therefore be purchased by Chaotic from the third-party motor dealer advertising or supplying that vehicle. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Cazoo, the vehicle manufacturer or the supplying dealer unless expressly stated otherwise.

13.   Used vehicle stock is subject to availability. If the specific vehicle intended for a vehicle prize is no longer available when Chaotic comes to fulfil that prize, Chaotic will use reasonable efforts to source a comparable used vehicle of the same or similar make/model and specification, with an equivalent or greater retail value. Where a directly comparable vehicle cannot reasonably be sourced, Chaotic may agree with the winner an alternative used vehicle of equivalent or greater retail value. The winner may instead choose the cash alternative stated for that vehicle prize.

14.   The specifications, registration year, mileage, colour and other characteristics of any replacement vehicle may differ from the vehicle originally featured, provided that the replacement is a reasonable equivalent in nature and is of equivalent or greater retail value. Any material details relating to the vehicle ultimately supplied will be communicated to the winner before completion of the purchase.

15.   Chaotic will arrange and pay for the purchase of the vehicle prize from the supplying dealer. Collection and delivery options are determined by the supplying dealer and may vary between vehicles. The winner must comply with the dealer’s reasonable collection, delivery, identification, documentation and handover requirements. Any different delivery or collection arrangement, or any cost that the winner is required to bear, will be communicated directly to the winner before the vehicle is purchased or handed over.

16.   The supplying dealer may require the winner, or any person collecting or driving the vehicle on the winner’s behalf, to provide photographic identification, a valid driving licence, proof of address, evidence of appropriate motor insurance and/or any other documentation reasonably required to complete the sale, registration, collection or handover of the vehicle.

17.   A winner is not required to hold a driving licence solely in order to win or own a vehicle prize. However, no person may drive the vehicle on a public road unless they are legally entitled to do so. Where the winner cannot lawfully drive the vehicle, any collection or delivery arrangement must comply with the supplying dealer’s requirements and applicable law.

18.   Before the vehicle is driven on a public road, the winner or other person driving it is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is appropriately insured and taxed and that the driver holds a valid licence and otherwise meets all legal requirements. Vehicle tax, insurance, fuel, servicing, maintenance and all other ongoing ownership or running costs are the winner’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise on the competition page.

19.   In addition to the instant-win prizes, five winners will be selected in the main draw. Each main-draw winner will receive £100 cash, giving a total main-draw prize fund of £500.

20.   A participant whose ticket is allocated an instant-win prize must follow the claim requirements shown on the competition page. All instant-win prizes are subject to verification by Chaotic before being awarded.

21.   Each eligible ticket will be allocated fairly and randomly. Where a ticket has been allocated an instant-win prize, the result will be displayed after entry and the prize will be awarded as explained on the competition page.

22.   All instant-win results are subject to Chaotic accepting and verifying the winning ticket and the participant’s eligibility.

23.   Unless otherwise stated on the competition page, all eligible tickets—including tickets that receive an instant-win prize—will be included in the main draw.

24.   The live draw will take place on the Chaotic Facebook page and Twitch. TrueNorth RNG (Random Number Generator) will be used to select five winning ticket numbers from all eligible entries. Each winner will receive £100 cash. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the laws of chance.

25.   Winners may be required to provide information or documentation confirming their identity, age, eligibility and compliance with these Rules and Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions.

26.   Chaotic may void entries or withhold a prize where there is evidence of fraud, multiple accounts, automated entry, manipulation, ineligibility or a breach of these Rules, Chaotic’s Free Entry Route terms or Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions.

27.   By entering, you agree to these Rules, the information shown on the competition page and Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Chaotic’s Privacy Policy.

28.   This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitch, Apple, Google, Cazoo, any vehicle manufacturer, supplying dealer, or any other brand, retailer or third party featured, referenced or associated with the competition or its prizes, unless expressly stated otherwise. By entering, entrants agree that these parties have no liability in connection with the competition and are not responsible for its administration or promotion.
