5. The total number of tickets available for this competition is 29999.
6. The draw will take place on Wed Sep 9 20:30:00, regardless of the number of entries received.

Postal entries must comply with the instructions on Chaotic’s Free Entry Route page, be sent by first- or second-class post only, and be received before the closing date and time shown on the competition page. Paid and free entries have an equal chance of winning and are processed through the same prize-allocation system.
8. The competition page forms part of these Rules and sets out the opening and closing dates, entry limits, available instant-win prizes, prize quantities, odds, claim deadlines and any competition-specific requirements.
9. Every ticket is allocated an instant cash prize ranging from 27p up to £777.
10. In addition to the instant-win prizes, five winners will be selected in the main draw. Each main-draw winner will receive £100, giving a total main-draw prize fund of £500.

16. Winners may be required to provide information or documentation confirming their identity, age, eligibility and compliance with these Rules and Chaotic's general Terms and Conditions.
17. Chaotic may void entries or withhold a prize where there is evidence of fraud, multiple accounts, automated entry, manipulation, ineligibility or a breach of these Rules, Chaotic's Free Entry Route terms or Chaotic's general Terms and Conditions.

By entering, entrants agree that these parties have no liability in connection with the competition and are not responsible for its administration or promotion.
20. The promoter is Chaoss Entertainment Ltd, Kingsgate, 62 High Street, Redhill, England, RH1 1SH, trading as Chaotic.
We'll draw the winner on Wed Sep 9 20:30:00. However, if all entries are sold before then, we typically conduct the draw right away!
Your ticket number(s) will be shown as soon as your order is confirmed and will be available under 'My Account' and in your email confirmation.
Our live draws take place on Chaotic's Facebook page and Twitch, where you can watch the winning ticket numbers being selected.
We use TrueNorth's Random Number Generator (RNG) to randomly select winning ticket numbers from all eligible entries. The RNG produces random and auditable results, helping to ensure a fair and transparent selection process.
If your ticket number is selected, you'll win the corresponding prize, subject to the competition rules and any applicable winner verification requirements.
The live draw for this competition will take place on our Chaotic Facebook page. Once your order is confirmed, your ticket number(s) will be randomly assigned, and you will receive them via email. This competition has a maximum of 29,999 entries, and the draw will occur on DRAW ON Wed Sep 9th 8:30pm, regardless of the number of tickets sold.
Before entering, either online or by post, make sure you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions. Entries that do not comply with these terms will not be accepted. You must also create an account and add your billing address to ensure your entry can be processed. Any entry without an associated account will be invalid.
Make sure to follow our Facebook page to watch the live draw and stay updated on this and upcoming competitions. Adjust your Facebook settings to prioritise our posts in your newsfeed so you don't miss any important updates!
When you enter, your ticket numbers are automatically and randomly allocated using Chaotic's Instant Win Random Number Generator (RNG). If one of your ticket numbers matches a predetermined winning number, you win the corresponding prize, subject to the competition rules and any applicable verification requirements.
Our Instant Win RNG has been independently tested and certified by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), an internationally recognised testing laboratory that also evaluates gaming technology used in regulated markets.
This independent testing provides additional assurance that our ticket allocation system uses verified randomisation technology, helping us maintain a fair and transparent competition experience.
A Random Number Generator, or RNG, is software that generates random numbers used to determine outcomes. It helps ensure those outcomes are based on chance rather than being chosen by a person. Click here to read more.
