This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

A maximum of tickets may be purchased.

You will be randomly allocated your ticket number(s) when entering and will receive confirmation of your entry.

The total number of tickets available for this competition is 2799.

Online entries are available at the ticket price shown on the competition page. No purchase is necessary because a free postal entry route is also available. Postal entries must comply with the instructions on Chaotic’s Free Entry Route page, be sent by ordinary first- or second-class post only, and be received before the closing date and time shown on the competition page. Every compliant postal entry received in time will be processed before the draw. Paid and free postal entries have an equal chance of winning and are processed through the same ticket-allocation and draw system.

The draw will take place on Sat Nov 7 20:30:00, regardless of the number of entries received.

The competition page forms part of these Rules and sets out the ticket price, opening and closing dates and times, entry limits, total tickets available, the number and nature of the available prizes, confirmation that the prizes are guaranteed to be awarded, free-entry information, the draw mechanism and any competition-specific requirements. The competition page and these Rules should be read together and will remain accessible for the duration of the competition.

All valid and eligible ticket numbers, whether obtained through the paid online route or the free postal route, will be entered into the same prize draw without distinction between entry methods.

The live draw will take place on the Chaotic Facebook page and Twitch. TrueNorth RNG (Random Number Generator), which produces verifiably random and auditable results, will be used to select the winning ticket number(s) from all eligible entries. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the laws of chance.

There is one winner. The winner will receive the Ultimate Home Cinema Bundle, comprising one 4K projector, one 120-inch projector screen, one 5.1.2 surround sound system and one three-seat reclining cinema seating unit with built-in lighting. The exact makes, models, colours, dimensions and specifications are those stated on the competition page.

The winner may choose the £8,348 cash alternative instead of the complete Ultimate Home Cinema Bundle. The cash alternative replaces the entire physical prize and cannot be combined with, or divided between, any of the individual bundle items. Once the winner has confirmed their choice of the physical bundle or cash alternative in writing, that choice is final and cannot be changed.

Any promotional image of the home cinema arrangement is illustrative unless the competition page expressly states otherwise. Room furnishings, cabinetry, decorative items, content displayed on the screen and any other items not expressly included in the prize description do not form part of the prize.

Standard delivery of the physical bundle to one suitable UK address is included. The winner must provide accurate delivery information, ensure that the delivery location is safely accessible and confirm before delivery that the items will fit through all relevant entrances and within the intended space. Redelivery, storage, specialist access or other costs caused by incorrect information, missed delivery or unsuitable access may be the winner’s responsibility where reasonably incurred.

Assembly, installation, wall mounting, electrical work, alterations to the winner’s property, removal of existing equipment and any accessories or services not expressly listed on the competition page are not included. The winner is responsible for arranging any required installation safely and for checking that their property, electrical supply and intended room are suitable for the items.

The components are subject to availability. If a stated make, model, colour or specification becomes unavailable for reasons outside Chaotic’s reasonable control, Chaotic may provide a comparable replacement of equal or greater value or offer the £8,348 cash alternative. Any applicable manufacturer or retailer warranty will be passed to the winner where transferable.

Winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number registered to their Chaotic account, normally within 7 working days of the draw.

Winners may be required to provide information or documentation confirming their identity, age, eligibility, bank or payment details and compliance with these Rules and Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions before a prize is paid or delivered.

Information about prize winners may be published or made available in accordance with Chaotic’s General Terms and Conditions, including the entrant’s right to object to or limit publication.

Subject to completion of any required eligibility and verification checks, prizes will be paid or delivered within 30 days of the winner being confirmed. If there is any delay in paying or delivering a prize, the revised delivery timescale will be communicated directly to the winner.

The prize is non-transferable. It may not be exchanged, resold or assigned to another person. The only cash alternative is the £8,348 cash alternative described in these Rules.

If a winner does not respond within 30 days of being contacted, fails to provide reasonably requested verification within the stated timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, Chaotic may withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner using the same fair and random process.

Chaotic may void entries or withhold a prize where there is evidence of fraud, multiple accounts, automated entry, manipulation, ineligibility or a breach of these Rules or Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions.

By entering, you agree to these Rules, the information shown on the competition page and Chaotic’s general Terms and Conditions. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Chaotic’s Privacy Policy.

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitch, Apple, Google, or any brand, manufacturer, retailer or other third party featured, referenced or associated with the competition or its prize, unless expressly stated otherwise. By entering, entrants agree that these parties have no liability in connection with the competition and are not responsible for its administration or promotion.
