£2 Million of support to SEND Initiatives

More than a milestone. A shared impact.

At Chaotic, we've always believed in supporting SEND families.

What started as one mum's journey into the world of SEND parenting has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined. Through our partnerships, sponsorships, donations, support services and community initiatives, we're proud to share that we have supported the SEND community with more than £2 million.

But this milestone isn't really about a number.

It's about the children, families, charities and organisations that have been supported along the way. It's about creating opportunities, removing barriers and helping make everyday life a little easier for those who need it most.

Reaching £2 million is an incredible milestone. However, for me, success is not measured by quantity but by quality. It is about knowing that we are helping to make families' lives easier, bringing moments of joy, and supporting children and parents to find communities, resources, and opportunities they may not have known existed.

It is knowing how many families we have helped. It is knowing how many children, charities, and organisations we have been able to support along the way.

This milestone does not just belong to the Chaotic team, but to every member of our SEND community: our families, the charities we help, the organisations we support, and our members who have been with us every step of the journey.

Mobiquip Buggy Giveaway

Following feedback from families within our SEND community, we launched our Mobiquip Buggy Giveaway programme, helping hundreds of families access equipment that improves mobility, independence and freedom.

Across two years, the initiative has provided hundreds of specialist mobility buggies to families who may otherwise have struggled to access this essential equipment, helping children stay safe, supported and included.

Home Transformation Projects

Five SEND families received life-changing home renovations designed to improve accessibility, comfort and everyday family life.

These projects helped create safer, more practical living spaces tailored to each family's unique needs, transforming homes and improving quality of life for the whole family.

Partnerships Creating Meaningful Change

By working alongside charities, organisations and community groups that share our values, we're able to reach more families, create more opportunities and deliver meaningful support where it's needed most.

Family Fund

Our partnership with Family Fund has helped support families across the UK through funding and targeted campaigns.

Alongside a £400,000 funding commitment to deliver their Being there for Families Fund over 2 years, recent initiatives have included a trampoline giveaway and a Back to School campaign providing £150 Sainsbury's vouchers to 1,000 families, helping to ease some of the financial pressures many SEND families face.

London Youth Games

Through our partnership with London Youth Games, we're helping create more inclusive opportunities for young people with SEND to access sport and physical activity.

Together, we're supporting programmes that help children and young people build confidence, develop new skills and experience the benefits of participation in welcoming and inclusive environments.

Creating Opportunities For Families

Community impact isn't always about funding.

Sometimes it's about creating moments, memories and opportunities that families may otherwise have missed.

Dream Days

Through our Dream Day experiences, we've helped create unforgettable moments for 221 families, making special experiences more accessible and inclusive.

Christmas Initiatives

From specialist equipment giveaways to festive support initiatives, we've worked to bring practical support and memorable experiences to families during the holiday season.

More Than Funding. More Than Partnerships.

Sometimes the most important support isn't financial.

It's having someone to listen.

Through our free SEN Support Service, families can access advice from dedicated Family Liaison Officers who understand the challenges SEND families face every day.

Whether it's navigating education, understanding available support, discussing family challenges or simply having someone to talk to, the service has become an important part of what Chaotic Community offers.
