After winning a £10,000 instant win cash prize in our Golden Riches competition, Liam was invited to Chaotic HQ for an exclusive winner experience. What started as an incredible win became an unforgettable day as friends, family and the Chaotic team came together to celebrate.
It was just a normal day. College, a break between classes, nothing unusual.
“I was just looking at the odds. There were still a few big prizes left… so I thought, I’ll chuck a few pounds on.”
A few tickets. About £5. And then it changed. £10,000.
"I thought something was wrong"
The news didn't sink in straight away. It all started with a series of missed calls.
“I saw them and thought… something’s wrong.”
After texting back, the screenshot finally came through.
“I was like, right… get me on the phone.”
From Scotland to Chaotic HQ
Not long after, he was on the road from Scotland to Chaotic HQ.
“Easy journey. Smoother than we thought.”
Still processing it. Still not fully real.
What £10,000 actually does
No big statements, no over-the-top plans.
Just simple things. A holiday with a friend and a car.
“I was meant to go away before, so now we’ll actually do it.”
Why he stayed
He had tried other sites before, didn’t stick. This one did.
“I thought it was just the SEND side at first… didn’t even realise it was competitions.”
But something felt different.
“It’s the community. You can ask anything and people just help. No judgement.”
That is what kept him and what made him bring others in too.
“Did you ever think it would be you?”
No hesitation.
“No.”
One message for everyone watching. It’s simple.
“Takes one second.”
You either play or you don’t.
From watching… to being there. He had seen the videos before.
Watched other winners. Now he was standing there himself.
“Feels great. Seeing it in real life… it’s different.”
